Unison members can claim £70 towards the cost of books

Are you a Unison member and currently studying?

If so, you may be entitled to claim for a £70 book grant.

As a trade union, Unison are committed to help members develop themselves with regard to learning and education. A number of members in Coventry have benefitted from this help. Do you qualify? Please see the following conditions:

‘These grants of approximately £70 are intended to help members studying up to and including at under-graduate level at their own expense on the following types of courses:
i. Trade Union and Labour Studies where an applicant has not received a bursary
ii. Non-vocational education up to and including under-graduate level
iii. Vocational education relevant to public service work up to and including under-graduate level.’

If you want to apply contact us using the details below. We will then send you the form, which you will then need to return the branch office. There is a limited amount of funds and there are no guarantees that an award will be made. However we encourage those who meet the conditions to apply.
