ONLINE MANAGING STRESS
Dates: 03 February – 17 February 2022 Provider: WEA West Midlands 3 sessions:11:15am – 12:45pm
These sessions will consider some of the main causes of stress in society. It will look at proven ways of coping with stress, strategies for not letting stress overwhelm a person and potentially harmful stress reduction strategies.
